Position Summary

This position drives the completion of site acquisition functions through lifecycle of project into construction. This position leads, motivates, directs, and assists all site acquisition team efforts including independent contractor site acquisition firms and develops strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

SAQ_ Project Manager I, your job is to Support Market
Leads in reviewing documents, oversee and document all aspects of the specific
site locations you are working on.

In addition, you will work closely with the customer and
upper management to provide weekly updates to make sure that the Site
Acquisition forecasting and direction of each project

is on schedule as ensuring Construction Teams have
accurate information for planning and forecasting.    

•             to complete Lease and/or Amendment business and legal approval packages

•             Knowledge of the submittal process of collocation applications to tower companies

•             Coordination of Action Items assigned during deployment meetings.

•             Coordination of site visits (if required)

•             Obtain necessary due diligence from site or property owners and confirm leasing,
zoning, permitting, and environmental compliance

•             Support Market Leads in obtaining, review/approval of A&E deliverables from
associated A&E vendors as needed

•             Supports Market Leads for Architecture and Engineering for ordering Structural Analysis
from vendors

•             Maintain milestone completion forecasts in client database

•             Upload documents into client database and manage document control as required

•             Maintaining current and accurate records on internal and client database and document
control systems, AutoForms, iComply, ect.

•             Performing work in compliance with the contract requirements, scope, and pricing

•             Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline, or a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in a related field
  • Five years’ experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems companies
  • Highly developed working knowledge of business process, including tender and sales
  • Highly developed working knowledge of site acquisition process
  • Strong financial knowledge/training
  • Five years’ experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems companies.
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • Business skills should include excellent leadership & negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, excellent conflict management skills, excellent analytical & problem solving capability, excellent communication skills both oral and written, a strong business minded consultative approach with focus on profitability & margin.
