Job Description

Alarm Clearing and Integration Project Manager II

  • Facilitate and Support field crews during and post construction including LTE AC, NSB, Split Sector, Bandwidth Expansion, CRAN and 4T4R initiatives.
  • AutoForms responsibilities for all NFL initiatives. Responsibilities include interfacing with RAN, internal and external Tower crews, AT&T Real Estate & Construction and Engineering Teams with cradle to grave ownership of pre-and post-construction cell site alarms for hand off to client.
  • Work with Project Managers, Construction Managers and field crews to confirm site performance with in at&t specifications.
    • Responsibilities and Duties
      • Identify existing issues onsite during pre-construction and verify SOW at completion of construction activities.
      • Audits - review, verify and approve site readiness prior to releasing crews from site.
      • Participate in post build site reviews of OSS reports to verify vendor quality.
      • Ability to interpret AT&T Turf contract and driver pricing and ensure they are enforced.
      • Review and manage RFDS and other RF Engineering related documents and ensure they are interpreted correctly by internal and external Crews.
      • Other assignments as assigned by Management.
      • Provide early intervention during construction activities to support timely hand off of completed projects alarm free.
      • Ability to generally direct field personal in all areas of system performance related to LTE AC.
      • Review warranty ticket issues for accuracy to dispatch and manage warranty crews.
      • Coordinate and Support Integration team activities.
      • Coordinate and track material release to ensure field crews do not encounter delays

Job Requirements

      Detailed knowledge of RBS product lines including LTE, UMTS, and 5G.
Working knowledge of Ericsson, equipment deployed to cell sites.
Proficient reading installation and RF engineering documentation.
Proficient at interpreting technical & scope of work documents.
Extensive knowledge of Cell Site construction practices and requirements including integration activities.

Read and interpret alarm report and provide guidance pertaining VSWR, RSSI, PIM and TX imbalance. 
Proficient with personal computers, Windows, Microsoft Office, mapping software and other applications required on the job.


Job Requirements

  • Wireless Industry experience, specifically with Turf
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience preferably with 5 years of related telecommunications experience
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data gathering and analysis skills
  • Project management scheduling software experience (i.e., Microsoft Project, P3e, or comparable)
  • Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of the wireless industry
  • Wireless new site build and modifications deployment and implementation experience
  • Some real estate, site acquisition, and zoning experience, preferred
  • Design and construction experience
  • Core network experience
  • Some RF engineering experience, preferred
  • Risk management, contingency planning, and decision making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex or sensitive issues to favorable resolution
  • Equipment ordering and material management experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
