At MasTec Network Solutions, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible accurately maintaining of proper payroll documentation records and procedures for the weekly & biweekly payrolls.

- Capture timecard entries for the weekly and biweekly employees
- Interpret payroll implications to process the proper pay transaction
- Perform Audit review of New Hires, Changes and Termination paperwork to coincide with the changes in Oracle
- Gather HR & Payroll documentation to save to our electronic employee folder
- Complete external Verification of Employment documents and government employee documentation
- Handle Income Withholding Order and Garnishments
- Promptly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
- Complete other duties as assigned
