Logistics Coordinator This position involves coordinating field resources amongst the team along with the necessary tools & testing equipment for each individual. This would span across our Operations & Engineering groups respectively, so fulfilling objectives for both teams. Roles & Responsibilites - Field Technician/Field Engineer coordination, scheduling, and training - Ensure Field based resources, Technician & Engineer, are adequately equipped with truck/tools/ test equipment - Inventory Management for Operations Dept - Ensure department based assets are kept maintained & up to date on calibration - Coordinate Fleet related items concerning Field personnel with Quadgen Fleet Managers/Operations Managers - Coordinate travel, Flight/Lodging,Rental Vehicles, amongst department Field Personnel - Ensure accurate reporting and documentation on Schedule authorized by Managers/Operations Managers - Ensure complete and accurate AT&T VAST Report Tracking - Coordinate with Warehouse group on accurate inventory and record keeping logs. - Coordination of Tool & Lift rentals pertinent to Department Projects - Data Collector coordination, scheduling, and training - Work with IB PMs and coordinate logistics and scheduling for RF Testing and Optimization projects - Inventory management for RF Data Collection Equipment - Managing RF Data Collection vendors – Coordination, tracking and PO processing - Performing local site walk when needed.
