Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruiting of financial, technical and corporate administrative positions within MasTec Network Solutions.  This individual will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify needs, develop strategies to attract talent, assess candidates negotiate and close offers, and helps to ensure the successful Onboarding of new talent into the organization. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

  • This position is Remote: can be located in Pacific, Mountain or Central
  • Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for open positions within the telecommunications industry
  • Ensure the ability to learn/follow proper policies, procedures and work flows greatly impacting the full recruitment life cycle
  • Partnering with the Executive and Management teams to support recruiting efforts in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates to the specified job requirements
  • Continually sourcing and developing a network of candidates, in addition to maintaining candidate relationships by utilizing internal databases
  • Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek/track qualified candidates.
  • Assist in developing recruitment policy and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment process
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • This position is Remote: can be located in Pacific, Mountain or Central
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Must be an a energetic, goal oriented, motivated, self-starter
  • The ability to multi-task is a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively to small and large groups
  • Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Must be able to analyze situations and make concrete recommendations
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Taleo is preferred
  • Excellent in time management & organizational planning
  • Follows instructions, responds to management direction and keeps commitments
