Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. - Determine floor plan layouts, power distribution, backup power supplies, and cabling of central office equipment - Design, identify, and requisition parts necessary to establish low and high level racking, transmission racking, power racking, aisle lighting, and provision for grounding - Create comprehensive and accurate installation specifications and accurate equipment requirements to fulfill customer orders - Create or correct location records, drawings, bill of materials (BOM), installation notes, and memos to reflect additions and modifications to customers' location (central office) as a result of Skills and Experience - Minimum two year technical degree - 1 year of technical experience - Customer Service – Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve partnership - Computer literate - Proficient in customer specifications and standards - Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills; speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; demonstrates group presentation skills - Planning/Organizing – Excellent time management; organizational; plans work activities; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans; completes - Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction; keeps commitments MasTec, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
