Job Description

This position location will be Kentucky primarily, but will need to be ready to cover TN and KY.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to Talonview Compliance, Site Safety Observations, Pre-Integration/Integration readiness and fulfillment (just monitoring crew and integrator, not actually Integration of sites themselves,) daily monitoring and management of all construction activities, reporting daily activities to our customers, pre-construction meetings and documentation submissions for pre-construction starts with site landlords and our customers, site walks for newly assigned sites from our customers, submitting expense reports for company credit card timely, participate in market conference calls and meetings, quality punch walks on sites close to and at the completion of construction, coordination of punch walks with our customers.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Report on all milestone progression and schedule changes
  • Actively manage construction project and schedule adherence while on site
  • Turns in daily logs of activities performed
  • Travels to sites in their geographically assigned area to perform site visits for various reasons.
  • Monitor safety, quality, and schedule during the course of construction.
  • Provide coordination as needed with third parties that impact construction activities (i.e. crane, power meter, Telco/LEC)
  • Escalate issues relating to constructability, documentation concerns, and quality standards
  • Reviews pre-VQA submission package.
  • Perform and participate in safety audits to ensure acceptable levels of compliance at the field crew level in accordance with OSHA, AT&T, Industry and MNS Standards
  • Ensure market compliance with all MasTec initiatives including E2E
  • Performs pre-construction walk/meeting
  • Other job duties as assigned

Education and Training

  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • College degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience preferred

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of Wireless Construction Experience
    • Foreman level experience preferred
  • Experience in Crew management
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Efficient understanding and knowledge of carrier standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly to superiors, crews, and the customer
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple construction projects in parallel

Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Works in both an office and field environment.
