Job Description

The Office Assistant is responsible for managing the day to day operations of one of the Company offices. This role partners with the management team to provide administrative services, as well as manage daily functions to ensure an effective and efficient office. This position is responsible for providing long-term strategic planning and direction of all administrative functions for the office. Administrative functions include overseeing administrative support, financial management, human resources and staffing, operations, and facilities management.

  • Administer and issue access badges to the facility.

Job Requirements

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to establish constructive and informative relationships and interact professionally with a diverse employee population, vendors, and with all levels of staff and management. Must have strong typing and proofreading skills. Must be able to analyze issues, identify possible solutions, make decisions independently and appropriately, and involve others in the decision making or problem solving process when necessary. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have administrative experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Must have First Aid, CPR, and security training.
