The Administration Supervisor manages personnel and escalations for all End to End (E2E) tasks. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage project coordinators
Ensure all company databases including E2E system are adopted and utilized
Handle escalations relating to appropriate scope of work, vendor POs, customer OOMs, and successful completion of projects
Research and analyze as needed to support teams
Provide timely and accurate data to the Administration Manager to assist in any decision making
Develop and implement career progression training for direct reports
Other job duties as assigned

Work collaboratively with fellow leaders to build synergy and team morale: Supervisor, Peers, Direct Reports (practice and model behaviors for them as well)
Build and maintain external relationships with customer

Fiscal Responsibility
Possess business acumen commensurate with the role
Manage budgets, including controllable expenses within purview
5 - 7 years of Wireless Construction experience building sites and/or scoping project
Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment

Able to manage remote resources

Ability to disseminate information effectively
Support leadership on P&L cost control
Ability to travel 25% of the time
