Job Description

  • Tracking and updating various files, emails, portals and make sure all the billings to customers are done timely and with accuracy
  • Coordination with operations and corporate team to ensure any mismatches are handled appropriately
  • Continuous monitoring of accounts receivables and follow up with customers for overdue payments
  • Reconciliation of various sales related reports
  • Tracking bank entries and daily reconciliation
  • Coordination for vendor set up and Purchase Order processing
  • Ensure all the approvals before Purchase Orders are processed
  • Receipt against Purchase Order based on confirmation from the requesting department
  • Tracking and follow up and with corporate team to make sure payments are released timely
  • Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information
  • Tracking and maintaining company insurance policies (except Employee Benefits)
  • Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts and reports
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time – quite often on short notice - by the company management
  • Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education and Training

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business with emphasis in accounting is required

Skills and Experience

  • Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and dealing with financial and numeric data

  • Oracle experience will be preferred
  • Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures

  • 2-4 years’ experience in accounting is required
