Job Description

The Vendor Compliance Analyst manages and executes all vendor onboarding activities/lifecycle management in alignment with MNS’ field services vendor compliance and risk management program. In this position, the Vendor Compliance Analyst is responsible for enforcing compliance requirements and supporting vendors and internal MNS stakeholders with activities to facilitate compliance. This person is responsible for ensuring newly onboarded vendors are properly setup in MNS systems as needed.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works directly with RVM’s and subcontractors to facilitate onboarding through NXO/Avetta systems
  • Helps vendors maintain compliance, and attempts to mitigate risk management issues
  • Communicates with market personnel, RVMS as well as internal MNS stakeholders on all vendor onboarding and certification matters
  • Audits vendor certification system requests, ensuring vendors are progressing through onboarding accordingly
  • Finalizes Documentation reviews for compliance and updates system with certification approvals
  • Reviews vendor profiles in MNS’ vendor management portal and Avetta for new onboards, renewals and ongoing compliance
  • Assists Supply Chain with final setups of approved material vendors
  • Performs liaison work with inter-departments to uphold MNS’ contractual obligations and limit liability exposure
  • Coordinates and assembles comments to all scope, schedule, risk management, and safety concerns
  • Requesting/processing vendor/supplier set ups and updates in other MNS systems (e.g., Oracle, OFS, NXO, AVETTA, Nsite, other)
  • Assists with clean-up and maintenance of vendor data in system to include Oracle
  • Checking for POs and payments to non-compliant vendors regularly for compliance enforcement
  • Manages Vendor Management electronic mailbox
  • Performs compliance and risk management reviews on all vendors for lifecycle management as needed
  • Facilitates the resolution of any deficiencies or discrepancies with subcontractor to ensure optimal contract compliance
  • Produces vendor compliance reports with support from Vendor Mgmt. Reporting Tools (ThoughtSpot, NXO, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and/or equivalent years of experience
    • 3 + years of experience in the related field preferred
    • Proven experience with vendor compliance and risk management processes, vendor management and operations
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle a heavy workload
    • Strong accounting skills preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, work ethics and sense of urgency / purpose
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, web-based tools)

  • Experience with Avetta platform highly preferred
  • Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment
