Job Description

This position ensures all Client regulatory requirements are identified, addressed, and completed for every applicable site in the site acquisition process.   • Review every site to identify any regulatory compliance issues, as per each Client's requirements
  • Execute on all regulatory compliance issues
  • Complete/submit/upload to Client database RF Emissions forms
  • Coordinate with Client's Regulatory team on all regulatory requirements (Green Sheet process for AT& T)
  • Complete and submit the Regulatory SOW template with active projects scope of work per the specifications of the regulatory department
  • Contact Landlords for ASR (Antenna structure registration) discrepancies with status
  • (FCC database), obtain NPA letters from Landlords (non-driver)
  • Provide additional requested deliverables to the Client's regulatory department as needed -RFDS, CDs, Structurals from active or previous projects
  • Track the status of regulatory compliance milestones above
  • Inform Client's Implementation of Client's regulatory issues/roadblocks and work with Client's regulatory and/or Landlord to resolve
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of telecommunication regulatory compliance, at least 2 years telecommunications industry regulatory compliance experience
  • Ability to work at a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and adapt to changing work environment and expectations basic problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve desired results
