This position will be responsible for managing the overall construction build schedule for all LTE and LTE sub projects from construction start through integration.
• Meets regularly with the Site Acquisition team to identify sites that will be available to construct in the months needed in order to meet ATT monthly POE. Closely monitors the progress of identified sites and makes adjustments as needed.
• Works with local scoping, PC group & logistics teams to ensure JSA’s have been completed and all materials have been ordered and available for identified sites when required. Makes adjustments to site list as needed. Escalates any jeopardy items to Sr Project Manager for evaluation/resolution.
• Provide ATT EPL management team with site specific CX forecast that will meet ATT POE plan. Works with ATT to ensure EPL will be in market when needed and communicates promptly any changes to forecasted schedule.
• Evaluates CX duration of each project based on input from CM & PM after SOW review. Assigns workload to GC’s based on committed/verified crew counts. Formulates the monthly CX plan based on the site “Go” list and the CX estimated duration. Work on following months plan concurrently.
• Publishes a three month GC schedule based on best available information at that time. Sites that fall out of projected schedule will be replaced with another site assigned to same GC if possible to minimize impact.
• Maintain and distribute a weekly three month site CX forecast to all vested internal and external customers after each week’s analysis.
• Analyze and provide postmortem review of CX durations after each month to check accuracy of original projections.
