Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coding all fuel charges, timesheets, material purchases, and expense reports charged to each project, so a P&L statement can be created for weekly reviews. They will track the dollar amount, profit, and loss for each project. Also, they will assist in submitting for permits and gathering required documents for them. This position supports the Project Management and Construction teams and works with other personnel in the department to assess financial accuracy and reporting from the field.

Essential Functions

  • Create a P&L of every project for weekly review.
  • Code charges correctly to projects.
  • Code and submit subcontractor and vendor invoices for payment.
  • Create and submit invoices to customer Accounts Receivables. Accurately track internally on the AR log.
  • Take progress reports or dailies and create red line/as-built drawings for field construction completed.
  • Ability to produce project unit tabulation, manage change orders, and interpretation of financial metrics on individual projects.
  • Assist with submittal of deliverables to customers.
  • Track and coordinate all project permits required for the completion of the project milestones.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding permits.
  • Submit for Certificates of Insurance.
  • Submit Purchase orders through Oracle.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field of study.
  • 1 years of experience in comparable role.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of metrics.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
  • Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Ability to read blueprints and create red-lines or as-builts.
  • Ability to operate office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

  • $21-28/hr Depending on Experience
