Job Description

The Project Coordinator for the Quality team will:

Handle scheduling emails and place them on the Scheduling Calendar

Handle Calls coming in from General Contractors letting us know they are on site and ready for the scheduled time slot

Review finished Videos from Auditors in Kaltura and transfer to the Quality Manager

Data Entry inside the Quality Management System (QMS)

Data Entry inside Kaltura

Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience include:

strong verbal communication skills
accurate data entry skills
experience with trackers and/or spreadsheet documents
willingness to learn
flexible to handle change
professional customer service experience/ability
intermediate computer skills that include Outlook & Excel

Available to work different work shifts that may include 8-5, 9-6pm, 10-7pm , 12-9pm and weekends.
