Job Description

The role of the Permit Coordinator will need to be able to drive a company vehicle (F150 or similar) and work with the Site Acq PMs and License. The Permit Runner will have to drive to the jurisdiction providing payment (via CC or check), picking up the required permits, and then scan/email to all parties involved.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Receive communication and requests from Site Acq PM’s and/or License holders for picking up / paying for Electrical and Building permits from jurisdictions throughout AZ

- Verify active permit is scheduled for final inspection and coordinate that with the respective jurisdiction

- Scan/email the final inspection to respective parties and close the record on a quick base

- Make the trip to site to post permits as needed and/or pick up final inspections if they cannot be emailed

- Must maintain timelines for permit submittals - Other job duties as assigned
