Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and manage correspondences (emails, mail, & packages, etc.)
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist staff and Managers with travel agreements
  • Assist Management with presentations and reports as needed
  • Maintain the conference rooms and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Provide administrative support to Management team
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 2 + years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multi-task and priority projects
  • Proficient with the Microsoft office suites (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk, hear, stoop, kneel and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
