As a Billing Supervisor, you will support and manage all facets of billing. In addition, you will:

  •  Assist in hiring, training, and reviewing the performance of staff

  •  Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

  •  Review, evaluate, and resolve billing process issues and revenue collections

  •  Proactively manage and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations

  •  Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
