Job Description:

Wyco Field Services is seeking an A&E Project Manager with experience in the wireless telecom industry working with customers such as T-Mobile, Dish Network, and Verizon on projects related to macro site mods and new builds, minor cell mods and new builds, iDAS mods, and new builds, generator projects, etc.  The scope of responsibility includes project management, leadership, intracompany cooperation, customer interaction, and execution of technical deliverables.

Essential Functions include:

  • Work closely with Site Acquisition Project Manager to properly scope project deliverables for effective and efficient delivery of project SOW.
  • Manage project activities to ensure scope, quality, and schedule adhere to customer expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage A&E team activities associated with assigned projects.
  • Track, manage and report project deliverables as they relate to A&E activities.
  • Provide technical expertise and collaborate with team members across all disciplines involved with a project to provide value-added solutions to complex challenges.
  • Align project resources to work within required deadlines and client expectations, provide forecasting.
  • Coordinate with Professional Engineer(s) on design and delivery of Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering deliverables.
  • Perform quality control on completed deliverables, including Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical portions of the design.
  • Interface with Customer(s) to provide technical expertise as required.
  • Perform CAD design activities as required
  • Taking Ownership responsibility for the project is essential.

  • Structural Mapping and Analysis
  • Photo Sims
  • Electrical Drawings
  • Load Studies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Wireless A&E design.
  • Work location in Colorado a must (Field Work Required)
  • Ability to function in high pressure, deliverable-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills, ability to plan for and meet stringent deadlines.
  • History of innovative technical problem solving and collaboration
  • History of working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrable written, communication, and organization skills
  • Self-motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity suite
  • Proficient with AutoCAD.  Revit experience a plus
  • iDAS/oDAS, Small Cell experience a plus

Comp:

$80-120K based on experience
