Job Description

The Administration Supervisor manages personnel and escalations for all End to End (E2E) tasks. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage project coordinators

  • Ensure all company databases including E2E system are adopted and utilized

  • Handle escalations relating to appropriate scope of work, vendor POs, customer OOMs, and successful completion of projects

  • Research and analyze as needed to support teams

  • Provide timely and accurate data to the Administration Manager to assist in any decision making

  • Develop and implement career progression training for direct reports

  • Other job duties as assigned

  • Build Credible Relationships

    • Work collaboratively with fellow leaders to build synergy and team morale: Supervisor, Peers, Direct Reports (practice and model behaviors for them as well)

    • Build and maintain external relationships with customer

    • Internal development (1:1s; professional development; stretch assignments)

    • Retention through mentorship and proper workload assignment to maintain work/life balance

    • Assign and manage work, monitor progress to milestones/capture hind sights periodically (i.e. Monthly)

    • Work with direct reports to establish/manage priorities, resources and timelines

    • Workforce planning (collaborate and drive to facility level to roll up to an accurate organizational plan)

    • Possess business acumen commensurate with the role

    • Manage budgets, including controllable expenses within purview

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of Wireless Construction experience building sites and/or scoping project

  • Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to accept and resolve critical feedback

  • Conflict resolution skills required

  • Able to manage remote resources

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to disseminate information effectively

  • Support leadership on P&L cost control

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
