Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative personnel

  • Ensure all company databases including End to End (E2E) system are adopted and utilized

  • Handle any and all escalations relating to administration of the facility, compliance, regulatory, and administration during project lifecycle

  • Research and analyze as needed to support teams

  • Provide timely and accurate data to regional leader to assist in any decision making

  • Develop and implement career progression training for direct reports

  • Other job duties as assigned

  • Build Credible Relationships

    • Work collaboratively with fellow leaders to build synergy and team morale: Supervisor, Peers, Direct Reports (practice and model behaviors for them as well)

    • Build and maintain external relationships with customer

  • Talent Stewardship

    • Internal development (1:1s; Professional development; stretch assignments)

    • Retention through mentorship and proper workload assignment to maintain work/life balance

    • Serve as champion for market and organization (create feedback loops, best practices, etc.)

    • Assign and manage work, monitor progress to milestones/capture hind sights periodically (i.e. Monthly)

    • Collaborate to deliver sustainable results, contributing to the success of the market and organization

    • Work with direct reports to establish/manage priorities, resources and timelines

    • Workforce planning (Collaborate and drive to facility level to roll up to an accurate organizational plan)

  • Fiscal Responsibility

    • Possess business acumen commensurate with the role

    • Manage budgets, including controllable expenses within purview

Job Requirements

Recommended Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of wireless management experience

  • Ability to manage remote resources

  • Ability to disseminate information effectively

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to deal with a high stress and fast paced environment

  • Conflict resolution skills required

  • Planning, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to support leadership on P&L cost control

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
