Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. - Vendor Management including New Vendor set up& routine Vendor Maintenance - - Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. - Assist with printing and obtaining signatures on all Accounts payable checks (including Employee expenses). - Distribute signed checks as required. - Enter PerSkills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 + years of working knowledge of accounts payable - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information - SAGE 100/SAGE Contractor experience is preferred but not required. - Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and web-based filing tools - Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Hourly Range: $ 14.26-$ 24.76 MasTec, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
