Job Description


This position is responsible for the quality, production, schedule, vendor management/invoice approval, site expectation setting, per market project timeline requirements and customer satisfaction performance of their assigned projects, which are typically initiative/activity specific (i.e. new site build, LTE, MOD’s, or UMTS). The Quality Manager serves as site specific quality construction expert to achieve the objectives established by the program management plan, the program contract, the client, and regulatory agencies. The Quality Manager has responsibility to ensure that all company/customer quality and safety expectations and policies are met or exceeded. The Quality Mgr. will be directly responsible and accountable for the success of their project in regards to both customer satisfaction and financial results in accordance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix.

 Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify quality control standards by establishing and maintaining best practices
  • Conduct training of all customer standards across all Markets
  • Identify how the OEM requirements should be met
  • Create or assist in creation of Quality Bulletins
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly Quality Reports to Market VPs and the Executive Leadership team
  • Ensure strong relationship with customer counterparts by having an open discussion format of all related customer audits
  • Ability to disseminate information to the Markets by having a full understanding of customer expectations and standards
  • Ability to have a full understanding of customer related OEM products
  • Ensure assigned Market has all required documentation to order VQCA and confirm completion
  • Meet all customer VQA requirements and measurements
  • Other job duties as assigned.



Job Requirements


Skills and Experience

  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe PDF
  • Ability to manage small projects
  • Ability to travel according to the needs of the position and/or as business dictates
  • Familiar with database concepts and pulling accurate and clear reports
  • Ability to write clear and concise status / progress reports
  • Ability to read and interpret documents: client specifications, requirements and reports.
  • Previous cellular construction experience
  • Ability to identify resources to verify information; identify problems and work out a solution
  • Able to work overtime on short notice
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willing to learn/train for client specific programs
  • Ability to manage and drive various resources to forecasted schedule
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve desired results
